Gutter Cat Gang’s new ownership did not have a Shopify storefront in place. The brand had a recognizable identity and an existing creative history, but needed help turning those assets into a cohesive online presence and an operational shop.

Bring the brand into the merchandise
Merchandise art direction and brand integration connected what customers saw in the shop with what they could buy. Existing creative assets provided the foundation rather than an unrelated new identity.
Prepare the team to run it
Training was part of the delivery, giving the new ownership team guidance on operating the store after setup. The project included the handover, not just the customer-facing pages.
